These Terms apply to all sales of Products offered to you, the customer, via www.absperfumes.com (the “Website”) and via the in-store call and delivery service. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will deliver products to you, how you and we can change or terminate the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.
We can change all or part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, and you will be notified if we amend them.
By placing an order with us, you confirm that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not place any orders through the Website or the store’s call and delivery service.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time and the new version of the Terms will apply to any offer or order placed on the Website or via the store’s call and delivery service after the new version is published. We therefore advise you to make sure that you are satisfied with the terms each time you place an order.
Our website is only intended to promote our products in the State of Kuwait and the Arab Gulf countries. Unfortunately, we do not accept or deliver orders from addresses outside this range.

3.1. orders on the site
3.1.1. the demand
We will accept your order when we send you an email (if you register it when ordering, if you don’t register it it will be accepted mostly but we will not be able to send you a picture of the invoice picture you can take a screenshot of your order and keep it or write to us on the phone to send a picture of the invoice) to confirm the order . At this point, a contract of sale and purchase of the required products will appear between you and us.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you via email and will not charge you for the products. This may be due to:
– The product is not available
– We have identified an error in the price or product description
– You have exceeded the maximum purchase policy described below
– we need to deal with technical issues with the product or make minor technical changes;
We need to update the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
Please note that we cannot process orders to a PO Box address.
When we accept your order, you will see a confirmation page giving you your unique reference number and the total amount charged to your credit or debit card account. You can print this page for reference, or alternatively wait until you receive this information in your acceptance email with the heading “Thank you for submitting your application.” The email will display all details of the purchased items, delivery addresses and delivery options, which you can keep for your records.

3.1.2. Price and payment
The price of products is shown throughout your online journey, whether that’s visible in the drop-down basket at the top of the site’s banner or on the checkout pages when you place an order. If there is a price change between the date of your order and the date of supply of the Products, we will adjust the prices you pay, unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change takes effect.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of Products notified to you is correct, however in the unlikely event that Products are priced incorrectly, we will contact you for your instructions before accepting your order.

For your security and to avoid any fraudulent transactions, your billing name and address must match the name of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with these criteria.
 
3.1.4. Cancellation request
From time to time, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some of the reasons are:
– item(s) not available;
– difficulty processing payment information;
– It is not possible to deliver to the address provided;
A duplicate request has been placed.
If your order is canceled by us, you will receive an email explaining the reason for the cancellation. The appropriate amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.
If you would like to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact our customer service team at 965-995-19906 with your order number, to discuss the practical options available to you. Please note that we generally process orders very quickly and dispatch orders within 1-2 days and therefore it may not be possible to prevent your order from being sent. In this case, please return your order as soon as you receive it in accordance with the return policy described below and in our Customer Care and FAQ document.
3.2.2. price and payment
The price of the applicable products is the price indicated in the store, and this price does not include the shipping service, unless otherwise stated
Once you submit the order to the store, you will pay for your order by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, American Express), allowing you to proceed with your payment on a secure payment platform. You’ll enter your card number, expiration date, cardholder name, and visual coding.
Once payment is made, the products are combined into the delivery process via the delivery service provider.
Payments by check are not accepted.
Payment is made via the secure server of our partner Myfatoorah, a secure payment operator. As a result, none of your banking information is passed through us. Thus, paying by credit card is completely safe.
Information regarding payment by credit card is clearly indicated on the platform, specifying that if you need further assistance, you can contact the store you are buying from.
You warrant to us that you have the required authorizations to use your chosen payment method at the time the order is validated.
