You can return or exchange your order within one day (24 hours) of ordering, provided that the order is in its original condition.

Bring the original purchase invoice and all attachments.

If the request is within the State of Kuwait

The order should be returned to the company's store located in Shuwaikh Industrial Area, The Corner Complex (location on the homepage). No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the original purchase invoice is not available or if all required documents are not included as received at the time of purchase.

If the request is outside the State of Kuwait

You can return the item to us at the address mentioned above or contact us via the phone number provided earlier to arrange the return shipment. (The responsibility for shipping and ensuring the item reaches us in good and undamaged condition lies with the customer.) The shipping cost paid by us to the courier company will be deducted from your order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase within two weeks (14 business days) if the payment was made by Visa or from cards issued outside the State of Kuwait.
